Complete theme-based Shopify webshop
BriefBuilt builds the complete customer-facing webshop in an unpublished theme. You own the Shopify account and approve payments, taxes, shipping, policies, inventory, fulfilment and final publication. Shopify subscriptions, paid themes, apps and third-party licenses are excluded unless explicitly listed.

BriefBuilt provides a complete customer-facing webshop within an unpublished Shopify theme, not a fully custom-coded theme, headless build, bespoke app or the client's complete commerce operation.
Customer review, human QA when included, release approval, publication and handover are separate stages. Customer approval never authorizes automatic publication or ownership transfer.
The client owns and approves product data, payments, taxes, shipping, inventory, policies, fulfilment and final publication. Supplied materials must be lawful to use.
Package-specific human QA
Launch has no human content QA. Reviewed includes one human QA on the definitive version after feedback or direct customer approval. Studio includes two human QA moments: before the first customer preview and on the definitive version. Internal QA corrections do not consume a customer revision.
AI-assisted production
Customer materials may be processed through selected production tools only for project delivery. Purchased add-ons run only when ordered and are not repeated during revision builds.
Business purchase
BriefBuilt provides B2B services only. Prices exclude VAT. By ordering, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase for a business and agree to the service terms, purchased scope and privacy notice.
Privacy notice
Private briefs and project files are used only to deliver and support the paid project. They are not displayed publicly. Shopify and selected service providers process necessary order and project data. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Yes. We identify anything outside the listed package scope before work begins and provide a clear additional price. Paid apps, themes and licenses are purchased separately by you.
