If preview generation is approved, only limited business context is used for AI assistance. Your first name, email, website/social links and marketing-consent choice are not sent to OpenAI for preview generation. Read the privacy policy.
A Store Preview is a design direction, not a finished or working Shopify theme. Requesting one does not purchase, build, connect, publish or transfer anything automatically.

After a paid order, your confirmation email opens one secure guided brief for brand assets, approved copy, product information, policies and useful references. Existing stores also need approved secure theme access. Never send passwords or login codes.
Once bookings open, BriefBuilt confirms your project timeline after payment and receipt of your complete content and required Shopify access.
Launch includes up to 1, Reviewed up to 2 and Studio up to 3 feedback rounds. Each used round starts with one complete list of changes. BriefBuilt prepares, checks and corrects the revision before sharing the updated preview. New pages, functionality or a changed direction are quoted separately.
