Handover	After your final approval, BriefBuilt completes a release check. Nothing is published automatically.

Every feedback round you use produces one revised preview that BriefBuilt checks and corrects before sharing. Unused rounds are not converted into other work. The final release check prepares the approved theme for controlled handover; it is not another content-review round. A project-specific estimated first-version date is confirmed only after bookings open, payment, the complete brief, product data, content, required materials and Shopify access have been received and checked, and current production capacity has been confirmed. Any earlier date is indicative only and is not a guaranteed deadline.
