Catalog Migration is an optional add-on for one Launch, Reviewed or Studio project. We check your completed file, then import and prepare up to 25 simple products from your completed BriefBuilt CSV into the draft Shopify project.

Not included
Complex variants, catalog research, large-scale data cleanup, product photography and product copywriting are not included. You supply the final product descriptions in your CSV. Website Copywriting covers standard pages, not product descriptions. The add-on runs once and cannot be purchased without a base package.
Optional service for a BriefBuilt project
This add-on must be purchased alongside one Launch, Reviewed or Studio package. It runs within the same private project and cannot start a separate storefront project.

Review service details
Every package covers up to 10 pages using your content. Launch, Reviewed and Studio include up to 1, 2 or 3 feedback rounds. Use each round for one clear list of changes. Fixing a clear issue in BriefBuilt's delivery is part of quality control and does not use a feedback round.
Shopify subscriptions, domains, paid themes, apps, fonts, photography and other external licenses are excluded unless explicitly listed.
BriefBuilt prepares what shoppers see in a Shopify theme that is not live yet. Custom-coded storefronts, headless builds, custom apps and running the wider business are not included.
After your final approval, BriefBuilt checks and prepares the approved theme for transfer. Nothing is published automatically.
You own and approve product data, payments, taxes, shipping, inventory, policies, fulfilment and final publication. Materials you provide must be lawful to use.
Product entry and content
Base packages include reusable product, collection and cart templates, but not manual product entry. Catalog Migration imports up to 25 simple products from the completed BriefBuilt CSV. Page counts cover pages designed with content you supply. Additional copy is available through Website Copywriting.
How BriefBuilt uses AI tools
BriefBuilt designs, builds and refines the storefront. AI tools may assist selected production tasks, while BriefBuilt applies design judgment and quality control before each revised preview is shared. Purchased add-ons run only when ordered and are not repeated during revisions.

BriefBuilt provides B2B services only. Prices exclude VAT.
Privacy notice
Private briefs and project files are used only to deliver and support the paid project. They are not displayed publicly. Shopify and selected service providers process necessary order and project data. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.
When will my project start?+
After checkout, complete the guided Shopify brief and share collaborator access. We confirm your start once all required content, product data and assets are complete.
Can I request extra Shopify templates or features?+
Yes. We identify anything outside the listed package scope before work begins and provide a clear additional price. Paid apps, themes and licenses are purchased separately by you.
