The starting point

Challenge

The business offered seven services across HR, coaching and workplace support. The challenge was not simply to list them. It was to help a visitor understand where to start, while making the consultancy feel credible and approachable.

For a service business, the storefront needs to answer three questions clearly: what do you help with, which service fits my situation, and how do I take the next step? Those questions shaped the page structure and the way the services were presented.

The aim was a calm introduction to the business, not a crowded catalogue of everything it could do.

From brief to storefront

Approach

The visual direction pairs warm photography with restrained colour and confident typography. The opening message leads into one clear action, while the service overview gives visitors a way to explore the support available.

Each choice has a purpose: imagery sets an approachable tone, spacing gives the content room to breathe, and a focused navigation keeps attention on the business and its services.

BriefBuilt brought the supporting pages, service entries and navigation together, then refined the direction through private review. The work went beyond choosing a theme: it connected the content and design into one coherent storefront.

What was prepared

The storefront

The project brought together a Dutch homepage, About, FAQ and Contact pages, plus seven organised service entries. Page copy, catalog migration and imagery were included through the selected add-ons alongside the Launch package.

That combination matters. The introduction, service information and supporting pages need to work together, rather than feel like separate pieces the customer still has to assemble.

For another service business, the useful takeaway is the approach: start with what customers need to understand, give each service a clear place, and build a consistent visual direction around it. Your business supplies the context. BriefBuilt handles the storefront design and build.
